Will Stewart is an associate in Barnes & Thornburg’s Dallas office and is a member of the Litigation Department. He is also a member of the Antitrust and Competition Law, Commercial Litigation, and White Collar and Investigations practice groups.

Will provides strategic litigation counsel and representation to a wide variety of clients across a number of industries, where his practice primarily consists of assisting clients with contractual matters and litigating complex commercial disputes. These disputes often involve claims for breach of contract, directors and officers liability, deceptive trade practices, fraud, theft of trade secrets, tortious interference and other business torts.
