Zachary T. Byers

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Zach served as an attorney at the Federal Mine Safety & Health Review Commission where he worked for an administrative law judge and dealt with safety and health violations under the Mine Act. Zach also served as an attorney at the Federal Labor Relations Authority where he handled a wide range of labor and employment issues.

Outside of work, Zach acts as the secretary for a community group that performs a broad selection of choral works.
