TOPICS WILL INCLUDE:

• Filling out selected portions of the ACA reporting forms;

• Investigating options available to employers for many different reporting scenarios, including COBRA participants, retirees, and coverage under a multiemployer plan; and

• Helping reduce the appearance of ACA Shared Responsibility penalty exposure.
