Since the Affordable Care Act (“ACA”) was signed into law in 2010, small and large employers have been working to understand its business and legal implications. This presentation provides an overview of the ACA and the regulatory requirements that it imposes on employers, as well as a summary of recent developments in challenges to the ACA and other ACA-related litigation and a discussion of what is on the horizon for the law.
