In 2016, employers with more than 50 full-time employees will be required to offer affordable group health coverage to 95% of its full-time employees (up from 70% in 2015) or pay substantial penalties. Our program will address the actions an employer should take to ensure that it covers an adequate percentage of its full-time employees.  We will also review the employer's extensive reporting requirements (due in early 2016) that are designed to enable the IRS to enforce the employer and individual health coverage mandates under the Affordable Care Act.
