Cracking the Code: Cybersecurity for Tomorrow

Virtual Panel, Hosted By K&L Gates

Thursday, November 10, 2016 - 12:00 AM

K&L Gates and Carnegie Mellon University will hold a complimentary one-day program focusing on the prevention of, response to and investigation of cyber threats.

Panelists from K&L Gates and Carnegie Mellon University, including CMU Vice President and General Counsel Mary Jo Dively, will join the FBI, NCFTA, U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton and Pennsylvania Attorney General Bruce R. Beemer for this interactive program.

The curriculum will take attendees through the phases of a cybersecurity breach and response to the consequences. It will also feature a mock breach exercise in which we will discuss how in-house counsel can manage the process of response and investigation.
