An In-Depth Review of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute Regulatory Sprint Changes

Polsinelli attorneys will provide a detailed summary and analysis of new regulatory definitions, exceptions, and safe harbors designed to promote value-based arrangements. In the second webinar of this series, Polsinelli attorneys will address modifications to the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute resulting from HHS and CMS’s Regulatory Sprint.
