This year, we are pleased to welcome guest speakers Shanon Shumpert and Scott Hoesman to join a panel of Vedder Price Labor & Employment attorneys to kick off our seminar.
Shanon is an Associate Vice President at Rush University Medical Center where she has responsibility for Employee/Labor Relations & Institutional Equity. Shanon brings practical knowledge about diversity and inclusion from her current and past roles as an HR professional and attorney.
Scott is the founder and CEO of inQUEST Consulting. With 25 years helping organizations create inclusive cultures, Scott is a recognized and highly regarded expert in a variety of workplace issues, including but not limited to, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), Organizational Development and HR processes.
Our multidisciplinary panel will explore ways organizations can best attain a culture of respect and respond to specific challenges that are arising almost daily as a result of the #MeToo movement.
