Oftentimes it can be difficult to know how best to apply general ethical rules and principles applicable to attorneys in a transactional setting. This can become more prounounced in specialized areas such as health care. In this webinar, we will review some of the general rules of ethics and discuss how those rules apply to negotiation and disclosure during a transaction. We will look at some specific health care exmaples, both in the form of hypothetical situations and drafting problems, and examine the best way to approach those situations.
