Eurasia REACH: Achieving Timely Compliance with New Chemicals Requirements

The Acta Group (Acta®) and EPPA are pleased to present the complimentary webinar “Eurasia REACH: Achieving Timely Compliance with New Chemicals Requirements” focusing on technical, legal, and policy matters affecting companies importing to customers in Russia. Given the strategic importance of the Russian market, it is crucial that businesses prepare now to ensure that their commercial interests are compliant.
The chemicals management program of the Russian Federation closely mirrors that of TR 041/2017 and includes the registration of mixtures as well as substances.  Entities exporting products to the Russian market should nominate their substances and mixtures to the Russian chemical inventory to ensure continued access to the Russian market.  New substance registration is required for substances or mixtures not on the inventory after the nomination process closes.  Chemicals submitted to the Russian and other Member State inventories will form the basis for the inventory of chemical substances and mixtures of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
