Virtual Panel, Hosted By McDermott Will & Emery

Tuesday, September 17, 2019 - 11:30 AM - Tuesday, September 17, 2019 - 2:00 PM

Please join us for an evening roundtable discussion of the Impact Investing Legal Working Group’s (IILWG) DC Chapter, hosted by McDermott Will & Emery. Panelists from government, international development finance and the private sector will discuss the implications of the new equity authority granted to the forthcoming US International Development Finance Corporation under the Better Utilization of Investments Leading to Development (BUILD) Act. A networking reception will immediately follow, providing an opportunity to connect with DC colleagues involved in the impact investing legal community.

The panel will be moderated by Carl Fleming who leads McDermott’s impact investing and social enterprise practice. Prior to joining McDermott, Carl advised the White House, State Department and Millennium Challenge Corporation on over $12 billion in impact investments across over forty countries. Further details on the program and panelists will follow.

Don’t miss out on this rare opportunity to soak up unique insights and engage with colleagues.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Appetizers and cocktails to be served following the panel discussion.
