Join leaders in Covington's White Collar and Employment groups for a discussion of workplace cultural issues and the associated legal pitfalls. Drawing on lessons learned from newsworthy reviews and investigations performed by Former Attorney General Eric Holder, Nancy Kestenbaum, Lindsay Burke and Jason Criss, we will identify common cultural challenges, discuss the importance of performing the reviews, and highlight key decision points and investigative steps for any organization.
