Featured Speakers:

  • Eric Holder, former U.S. Attorney General and leader of the 2017 internal review for Uber Technologies.
  • Nancy Kestenbaum, co-chair of the firm's White Collar Defense and Investigations practice, who co-led the widely publicized independent investigation at Choate Rosemary Hall, among notable others.
  • Lindsay Burke, an international employment lawyer with experience advising on the employment law elements of numerous sensitive investigations, including Uber's internal review.
