Long-Awaited 340B Guidance: What Covered Entities Need to Know

Videoconference, Hosted By Foley & Lardner LLP

Tuesday, September 22, 2015 - 7:00 AM

On August 28, 2015, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) published its much anticipated 340B program guidance.*

This comprehensive guidance proposes significant changes to the scope of the 340B program that would reduce the opportunity for 340B savings for participating covered entities. Foley invites you to join us on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 for a web conference highlighting some of the key legal complexities and operational challenges raised by the guidance.

We will discuss:

  • The impact of proposed changes on the scope of allowable 340B purchases

  • What this means for coordinating with Medicaid and other payors

  • The operational implications to drug accumulations, program management, and audit readiness

  • How this affects compliance oversight and reporting requirements

Speakers

Elizabeth S. Elson, Of Counsel, Foley & Lardner LLP

Anil Shankar, Associate, Foley & Lardner LLP

Karolyn Woo-Miles, Principal, Deloitte & Touche LLP

Christine Farmer, Manager, Deloitte & Touche LLP

There is no cost to participate in this program, but pre-registration is required. We look forward to having you join us.

* Foley & Lardner LLP will apply for CLE credit after the program, wherever applicable.
