This webinar will feature a range of labor law developments that already have or soon may make it easier for labor unions to organize non-union employees, adjunct faculty, and students at institutions of higher education. The speakers will highlight recent NLRB decisions, as well as the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act, and how these recent and proposed changes will impact colleges and universities. Some of those changes could mean more strikes and more picketing at non-union campuses. The presentation also will include action items for colleges and universities hoping to stay ahead of the curve in preparing for the various changes on the labor law horizon.
