The Proposed CPRA (California Privacy Rights Act) Regulations: What to Look For, Deciding Whether to Comment, and How to Prepare

This program will unpack the California Privacy Protection Agency’s proposed privacy regulations, talk about the impact that the regulations would have on corporate privacy compliance programs, discuss areas in which companies should consider commenting, and consider how in-house counsel can prepare their companies for the upcoming changes. 

The presenters will be David A. Zetoony, Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s U.S. Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice and author of the ABA’s Desk Reference Companion to the CPRA and named the “top thought leader” in data privacy by both The National Law Journal and Lexology, and Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity Associate, Andrea Maciejewski.
