Increasingly, lawyers are provided information through online file-sharing programs like Box and Dropbox and asked to collaboratively edit documents through platforms like Box and Google Docs. These platforms, however, while convenient, may pose ethical and practical risks. This program will address these issues, including document retention, risk management, data security, and maintenance of privilege.
