On December 15, 2014, the USPTO issued a new comprehensive Interim Guidance document for examination of subject matter eligibility under 35 U.S.C. § 101. Sterne Kessler is producing a series of webinars which will cover the impact of the guidelines on patent prosecution in a number of subject areas.

The third webinar in the series will focus on the diagnostics industry. Some of the topics that will be addressed include:
