Webinar: The Top 10 Things Everyone Should Know About the Upcoming Changes to Prop 65
California is one of the largest markets in the world, so the consumer product warning requirements in the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (generally known as “Prop 65”) affect manufacturers, distributors and retailers worldwide. The regulations implementing Prop 65 were recently amended, and the changes will go into effect on August 30, 2018. The revised regulations include a number of significant modifications from the current regulatory scheme, including changing the consumer warning requirements, explicitly requiring internet warnings for products sold online, and shifting the majority of the compliance burden to product manufacturers. Join us to learn about these changes, and how they will impact manufacturers, distributors and retailers who knowingly, or unknowingly, sell their consumer products in the California market.
There is no cost to participate in this program, but pre-registration is required. To participate, please click the RSVP button below. Instructions for accessing the program will be included in the registration confirmation email, which will be sent a few days prior to the webinar.
