About the Program:

This FREE LUNCH seminar is designed for the owners and operators of new or relatively new companies. When starting a company, there are so many legal issues to trip over, and our goal is to keep you safe and stable. If you’re not familiar with the legal side of owning a business, and you don’t know where to start, this is where to begin. We will look at company formation, tax issues, having more than one owner, branding, selling or distributing ownership/stock in your company, and intellectual property.
