Susan M. Gorey

Susan focuses her practice on multistate advice and counseling, where she assists clients of all sizes and industries with employee handbooks and policies, compliance and employment practices audits, and other compliance-related processes and procedures. Susan also provides practical day-to-day counseling and litigation avoidance strategies on difficult HR issues such as hiring, terminations, accommodations, leaves, and wage and hour issues. As a former Investigator with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and certified divorce and life coach, Susan also represents employers in mediations and administrative charge matters before the EEOC, and other state and local agencies.
