The National Law Review provides legal news and analysis covering a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters pertaining to rail, motor, and air craft.  Railroad law coverage includes: rail mergers, state taxation of railroads, the creation of short line carriers, and various other cases and regulatory developments of industry-wide significance. Automotive and motor carrier law practice news includes litigation and regulatory matters impacting motor carrier services and developments related to alternate fuel and driverless vehicles. Aviation law news focuses on lawsuits and regulatory matters involving air carriers, spacecraft  and other aviation interests, including drones or  unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV).
