The National Law Review provides legal news and analysis covering a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters pertaining to rail, motor, and aircraft.  Railroad law coverage includes rail mergers, state taxation of railroads, the creation of short line carriers, and various other cases and regulatory developments of industry-wide significance. Automotive and motor carrier law practice news includes litigation and regulatory matters impacting motor carrier services and developments related to alternative fuel and driverless vehicles.
