An accomplished litigator with deep experience in commercial litigation, Adam Paine represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial matters.

Adam assists clients—in industries such as health care and life sciences, investment management, real estate development, private equity, telecommunications, and construction—in litigation in federal and state court, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. Clients rely on Adam to handle matters involving breach of contract, business torts, fraud, insurance, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, restructuring and insolvency, and unfair competition. He skillfully guides clients through all phases of commercial disputes, including requests for preliminary relief, pleadings, discovery, dispositive motion practice, settlement negotiation, insurance coverage, trial, and appeals.

Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Adam was a litigation attorney at an international law firm, where he focused primarily on commercial litigation matters. While in law school, he served as an intern in the City Solicitor's Office of Revere, Massachusetts.
