Brittany Raia is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. She is not currently admitted in North Carolina. Brittany Raia is an associate in the firm's Charlotte office. She is a member of the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice group.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Prior to joining the firm Brittany served as an associate at a full-service law firm. Through this role, Brittany advised clients in both federal and state court and arbitration, in cases involving allegations of employment discrimination, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and executive compensation disputes.
