Cassandre Bailloux is a Paris-based associate and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology Practice. Her practice spans intellectual property, technology and data privacy matters.

Cassandre’s experience encompasses several industries, such as new technologies, fashion and adverting. She has structured and negotiated various types of commercial contracts, including services agreements, partnership contracts, licence agreements, assignment of rights agreements and different IT services contracts.

Before entering private practice, Cassandre was legal counsel in an international banking group where she was primarily responsible for negotiating commercial and IT contracts relating to payment services.
