Professional Biography

Christina Seanor has developed a client-focused, hands-on litigation strategy that saves clients time and money. As an associate in Bradley’s Jackson office, Christina is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Louisiana and is uniquely situated to handle matters in federal and state courts across both states. She also has experience arbitrating matters in AAA and JAMS.

Early in her career, Christina gained experience resolving commercial property coverage disputes in the petro-energy industry and learned the most crucial components of any insurance dispute – the fundamentals of contract interpretation. Today, Christina has a passion for motion practice and handles a wide range of litigation for her clients.

Christina represents corporate clients in intellectual property and competitive practices litigation, with a focus on licensing agreements, unfair competition and trademark infringement under the Lanham Act, and business torts. She has experience assisting clients in navigating Mississippi’s Public Records Act (the state’s FOIA corollary) and bid protests. Christina also represents financial services clients against consumer claims, including RESPA, FCRA, FDCPA and TCPA. She has experience representing clients on both sides of the aisle in product liability, professional malpractice, and insurance coverage actions. In addition, Christina represents healthcare clients regarding state and federal regulations, and regularly represents healthcare clients in 1983 civil rights suits by prison inmates.

When not litigating cases for her clients, she helps them navigate day-to-day legal questions. Christina prides herself on her ability to utilize a wide range of tools to serve her clients’ best interests, whether that means sending a demand letter, filing suit, drafting dispositive motions, or simply finding the right person to call.

Christina has represented a number of pro bono clients in family law and immigration matters. She has served in leadership roles in state bar associations, including the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar, Capital Area Bar Association, Jackson Young Lawyers, and Mississippi Women Lawyers Association. Within the firm, Christina is active with the Winn Initiative, Bradley’s internal career development group for women attorneys.
