In particular, Jenna participates in health care transactions, drafts and reviews related transaction documents, and conducts in-depth diligence reviews of target entities.

She also provides guidance regarding federal and state fraud and abuse laws and regulations and on issues relating to clinical research.

Jenna is a contributing author of Epstein Becker Green’s Telemental Health Laws app, a comprehensive survey of state telehealth laws, regulations, and policies for mental and behavioral health practitioners and stakeholders across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

During law school, Jenna worked in-house for a clinical-stage biotechnology firm, drafting informed consent forms for clinical trials and reviewing other related agreements. She also worked for a national network of cancer hospitals and research centers, assisting in the diligence review and divestiture of certain hospital locations, drafting and reviewing physician contracts, and extensively compiling telehealth and telemedicine licensure research.
