She helps guide employers through all aspects of the employment relationship, from hiring and promotion to discipline and termination. Jessica began her career at Epstein Becker Green in 2022 as a summer associate, where she worked on projects relating to employee handbook compliance, employee benefits, disability accommodations, and unfair labor practice charges. She earned a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law (“Seton Hall Law”), where she co-founded its Labor and Employment Law Forum student organization and served as a Comments Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.
