Kathryn C. Kafka

Professional Biography

Kathryn C. Kafka is an associate in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.

Areas of Practice

Kathryn’s practice focuses on land use and land use litigation. She represents property owners and developers through all phases of the development process, including due diligence, entitlements, CEQA compliance, land use litigation, and project implementation.

Kathryn received her law degree from USC Gould School of Law. During law school, Kathryn represented applicants for asylum and U-visas through the USC Immigration Clinic.  She also was an extern for the Hon. Stephen V. Wilson in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and worked as a research assistant to Professor Abby Wood focusing on election law and campaign finance.
