Biography

Kiernan Ignacio works with clients on a broad range of corporate matters. She is skilled at managing complex transactions, addressing and resolving her clients’ legal issues within the agreed-upon budget while also meeting critical timeframes. Kiernan is a member of the firm’s Business Transactions Group.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Kiernan has experience assisting companies with all aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions as well as other strategic transactions. She is able to take complex information and legal principles and present them to her clients in a concise, easy-to-understand format, developing practical solutions and assisting them in successfully achieving their overall objectives.

General Corporate

Kiernan has worked with a variety of clients on corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, commercial agreements, transactions involving real estate, intellectual property protection, and other general corporate concerns. She has particular experience advising clients in the logistics, consumer goods, and restaurant industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Kiernan gained both small- and large-firm experience in a wide range of legal practice areas, including litigation and securitization, in addition to her corporate practice.

Kiernan is a certified yoga instructor and taught for several years during a hiatus from practicing law.
