state Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and the actions of state agencies that impact the operations of health care entities.

Knicole has considerable experience trying administrative cases, having argued over 2,000 cases in more than 30 states, and has also appeared before multiple states' medical boards. In numerous states, she has successfully obtained federal injunctions that enabled health care providers to continue operating despite accusations of health care fraud, inappropriate billing, and data mining.

Throughout the United States, Knicole frequently delivers presentations on health care law, the ramifications of the Affordable Care Act, and regulatory compliance for providers, such as physicians, home health and hospice providers, dentists, chiropractors, hospitals, and durable medical equipment providers.
