Mark Radtke is a partner and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office, where he is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group. Mark focuses his practice on corporate reorganization, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy. He advises debtors, trustees, assignees for the benefit of creditors, committees, financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors, and interest holders on all aspects of in and out-of-court restructurings including chapters 7, 11, and 15 cases. He has litigated contested matters in state, federal, and appellate courts.
