Matthew represents corporations and individuals in civil and criminal white collar matters, including investigations conducted by the DOJ and other federal agencies, such as the DHS, DOD, HHS, ICE, IRS, and SEC. In civil matters, he assists clients through the investigative process, including helping them produce documents and testify before the OIG and other government regulators. In criminal matters, he helps prepare clients to testify before the grand jury and continues his representation through the pre-trial and trial process, including indictment, arraignment, change of plea, trial, and sentencing. 

In addition to his white collar practice, Matthew is a business litigator with experience handling complex and high-stakes civil matters involving business fraud and other commercial disputes. 

Prior to joining the firm, Matt clerked for the Honorable Judge Lisa Godbey Wood in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
