Nicholas Heckman is a Senior Associate for Nelson Mullin's Orlando office. Nick focuses his practice on affordable housing and tax matters, representing for–profit and non–profit developers of multi–family housing for low–income families and seniors throughout the United States. Nick has experience advising large multinational clients on inbound and outbound international tax planning, including the structuring of tax–efficient cross–border transactions, financing, holding, and operational structures. Nick's experience in advising large multinational clients on complex tax transactions gives him an inside corporate perspective on the various nuanced angles of tax law.
