Spencer B. Kallick is a partner in our Century City office. He represents investors and developers in all aspects of real estate transactions, concentrating on land use entitlements and CEQA compliance. He also represents clients in legislative, regulatory and enforcement matters before and involving federal, state and local governments.
Spencer has extensive government experience and served as an Assistant City Attorney for a number of California cities, including Beverly Hills, Manhattan Beach, South El Monte, and Indio. He now plays a critical role on behalf of his clients' efforts to collaborate with public officials to help move forward large-scale and high-value development projects. Focusing primarily on Southern California cities and counties, Spencer provides land use counsel on a wide range of mixed-use projects, transit-oriented developments, affordable and senior housing projects, and infill development. He also handles complex signage issues for property owners looking to add value.
