Vasavi is a senior member of the Corporate team. She has extensive experience in private equity & venture capital funding, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advisory, venture debt and real estate matters.

She has experience in domestic and cross- border corporate transactions. She regularly assists private equity funds in relation to various stages of investment into India and advises on structuring, due diligence and documentation.
