Tom Artaki is a skilled and creative litigator who guides clients through their critical litigations. Tom has represented a variety of companies, and their directors and officers, in securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, commercial litigations, and government and internal investigations.

Tom maintains a broad litigation practice with a particular focus on securities class actions and other shareholder-driven litigations. He has represented clients at both the trial and appellate levels, and in federal and state courts across the country. Having completed clerkships in the Southern District of New York and the District of DC, Tom possesses a deep understanding of the decision-making and procedures at the federal courts.
