Francesca Lai is a junior attorney in the Brussels office and is a member of the antitrust, competition and trade regulation practice group. She specializes in EU aviation law and policies, as well as on border control/management legislation. Ms Lai advises on a wide range of competition issues, including distribution strategies, internal market rules and consumer protection regulations. She also represents a variety of clients in strategic regulatory and legislative processes before the European institutions. Ms Lai regularly contributes to the firm’s publications and co-authors articles on aviation and transport law, as well as trade.
