iAs previously reported, late last year the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (FHLB of San Francisco) announced that it would discontinue publishing the 11th District Weighted Average Cost of Funds Index (COFI) after the publication of the December 2019 COFI on January 31, 2020. Certain mortgage lenders use COFI as the index for their adjustable rate mortgage loans.
The FHLB of San Francisco recently announced that it will continue to publish COFI through the December 2020 COFI in January 2021.
