Marijuana in the Workplace [VIDEO]

States continue to legalize the use of marijuana – both for medical use and recreational use.  Connecticut legalized medical marijuana a few years ago and recreational use is being debated during this legislative session.  Last year, Massachusetts and Maine legalized recreational use. 

What does this mean for employers?  This video discusses the state of the law and some best practices for employers to implement in response to these changing times.
