Michael Hofmann is counsel in the firm’s Brussels office and a member of the Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice. He has been advising clients on all areas of EU and German competition law. Michael has extensive experience handling complex merger control proceedings before the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office. He also regularly advises clients in EU and national cartel investigations, antitrust compliance, distribution/selling arrangements as well as on EU state aid law. Michael’s experience covers a variety of industry sectors, including energy, transport, telecommunications, and consumer electronics.
