Neal I. Korval, Shareholder

  • Neal I. Korval is the managing shareholder of the New York Office of Vedder Price. He is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Area and the Employee Benefits Group. Mr. Korval is also a member of the firm's Board of Directors. He represents and counsels corporations on all aspects of labor and employment law, including NLRB matters, EEO litigation and advice, drafting and litigation concerning restrictive covenants and trade secrets, employee benefits administration and ERISA litigation.

    Mr. Korval is a member of the American Bar Association. He has served on the Committee on Rights of People with Disabilities of the New York City Bar Association and the Committee on Practice and Procedure Before the NLRB of the New York State Bar Association. He currently serves on the Committee on Collective Bargaining and Labor Arbitration of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Korval lectures frequently on winning arbitrations, complying with EEO laws and sound personnel management.
