Randy Whitlatch is based in the firm's Pittsburgh office. Randy is experienced in mass tort, toxic tort and products liability litigation, and has litigated cases asserting a wide range of claims, including claims for medical monitoring relief. Randy has represented chemical and life science companies, coal companies, insurance companies, and healthcare organizations.
Randy has experience with complex litigation in both state and federal courts, including experience with class action claims, electronic discovery, mass tort, contract, and trademark infringement claims. Randy has been assisting counsel in mass toxic tort matters, seeking medical monitoring and other relief for alleged neurologic disease, liver disease, genotoxicity, reproductive toxicity, and various cancers.
