Many questions may arise as employers assess the best practices for implementing telehealth in a group health plan. These questions may include the following: “Which employees should I offer telehealth to?” “How can I incorporate telehealth into my group health plan?” And, potentially the most important question may be, “Is telehealth here to stay?”
