For more than 30 years, Alan Vickery has served as litigation and trial counsel for health care providers and for some of the nation’s largest pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in complex products liability litigation and commercial disputes. Alan also has served as national, regional and state-wide counsel in mass tort litigation, product liability disputes, medical negligence cases and complex commercial matters for clients in the life sciences and health care industries.

Alan is extensively involved in the firm’s attorney recruiting, hiring and mentoring programs.
