Alex Selig is an associate at the firm’s Fort Worth office. He is a member of the investment management, hedge funds, and alternative investments practice group. Alex focuses his practice on advising private fund advisers on the structuring and formation of private investment funds, including private equity funds and venture capital funds. In addition, Alex advises private fund advisers on various regulatory, compliance and day-to-day operational matters.
