Alexa Jeffus focuses her practice on complex corporate transactional matters. She advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

While in law school, Alexa served as an articles editor for the Southern Methodist University Law Review Association.
