Alexander focuses his practice on capital markets transactions, securities law reporting and disclosures, corporate governance, and general corporate law. 

Alexander advises clients in a range of securities law matters, including transactions involving public offerings of debt and equity securities and Exchange Act reporting. He also assists clients in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate law matters such as ESG and sustainability reporting.
