Allison is an associate in the Family and Marital Law practice, devoted to family law matters including dissolution of marriage, child support, child custody, alimony and family law litigation involving complex financial and parenting issues. Allison’s practice additionally includes real estate transactions, development and finance.  In this role, Allison represents clients in connection with the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate, including single-family residential subdivisions, hospitality and leisure assets, and senior living facilities.  She also has experience representing commercial lenders in real estate, asset based, and other types of loan transactions.
