Amanda Reasoner is an associate in Cadwalader’s Finance Group, focusing on real estate finance. She primarily represents financial institutions in connection with the origination of mortgage loans secured by commercial office buildings, retail properties, hotels, warehouses and multifamily housing, including many multi-state, multi-property pooled transactions. In addition, Amanda has experience in the origination of mezzanine loans and the servicing of mortgage loans.
Amanda received her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, magna cum laude, and her B.S. from Winthrop University, cum laude. She is admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina and the State of South Carolina.
